Why is it common to dress modestly among Mexican women yet Mexican TV is so raunchy?

Mexican girls dress modest???? YOU don't work where I do. Many of the girls and women dress VERY sexy. And they do this to shop for groceries. Many of the 13 to 16 yr olds dress like little hookers. spike heels, short tight skirts, low cut tops and the moms dress just the same......... It is good to be me.
