How to I get this guy to notice me at work, opinions please!?

well always be yourself of course. guys can tell when youre faking. he seems like a nice and open person so dont let the asian thing bother you. try to hang around him more. once you talk to him a couple of times ask him for his number. you can start a convo with him simply by askin how he is doing or maybe even a simple compliment like "hey (insert name), im likin that shirt you got on. very nice" =) and even if somehow you dont kno his name just introduce yourself and ask for his name too. be confident in everything you do or you might panic. hope this helps :)
