What do men(or teen guys) think of a girl who dresses modestly?

Everybody has their own style. When I was a teen, I wasn't looking at bodies so much as faces, so I don't think it would matter that much. But I grew up in a hot and humid climate, so if someone was covered head to toe, I would have viewed it as foolish and impractical.
