What would you call this if your boyfriend said it's over and his actions dont show that ?

So my boyfriend and I broke up the other night he came over to get his stuff and we got into a bad fight ended up having sex and he slept of during and after the sex he kept holding me keeping me close to him. Well the next morning I said this is it and he kept holding me I walked him to the door he kissed me and grabbed me held me for like 10 mins I looked in his eyes he looked sad walking down the stairs slow... He asked me the night before if we could stay in contact or be friends I said no I want a commited relationship not some friendship and he got upset because I said after you leave i'll just left you from my memory and he got really upset about that so please tell me what you think are we over will he come back?
