Muslim Women and the rising cases of violence on well-covered Muslim Women!?

Salaams Ummat Muhammad. Does working with Hijaab(dressing modestly)affect any muslim Woman's Performance? Does it make anyone less Professional? Why then,do other Bosses want women to unveil? How then,does it feel to sit(or work)with a scantily dressed female colleague? Am just wondering!
