What is the best blue color for a relaxing bedroom?

i don't really know what color blue i would like i want a light blue but also a blue that's like the carribean sea. something in the middle im a teenager & girl so i want something relaxing. and what color would go with it? i want maybe a lavender and gray with the blue but its three different colors i just don't know what colors would go with what can you say the color name of all three please? and where to buy them at
