Why don't women dress modestly anymore?

What does it take for a woman to be modest today? It seems like there is no such thing anymore. Kinda gets annoying. And they do all that on purpose. And don't give me that "It's 2011!" response. It's one thing to be pretty and have class, it's another to dress like a whore. Why can't women wear shirts where their boobs stay inside and pants where their thong or butt crack stay inside? Do any women care about their image anymore?
