What's wrong with my foot?

So lately i've been getting a lot of foot cramps in my left foot only. i don't know why. Then today when I was walking down the stairs my left ankle started hurting for a bit while I was out with my family. Then foot cramps came back. Along with the cramps, my foot has been falling asleep a lot too. Anyway know whats wrong?
