What should I do? He was so embarrassed.?

Well, the story is: I was at camp, and every morning we would get up early and most people would go down to the basement (we were staying in a college dorm) and buy a soda, and we would all just wear our pajamas. Anyway, the other day I was down there buying a coke, and this guy who I like so much and who knows I like him, but he doesnt like me, came downstairs. He was half-asleep and just wearing basketball shorts with no shirt (and he has a very nice body), but he had a huge morning b0ner. I think he was still too asleep to have noticed it, but I did. We just said good morning and went about our business, but then another guy came downstairs and whispered in his ear. He looked down at his b0ner, then looked at me, and his face turned blood red, and he ran away up the stairs. He hasn't talked to me since. I want him to know that I don't care, that it didn't bother me or anything. What should I do??
