What does this mean? PLEASE HELP :)?

I've been having discharge for like 1 or 2 years, but now its gooey, kinda. Sorry for any awkwardness. I get cramps ALL THE TIME like right below my waist. The cramps have been going on for like 1 or 2 years also..I haven't ever had my first period yet, I'm only 11. I was predicted by the doctor to get it when I'm around 13, but I have really horrible pains and annoying discharge. I have to change underwear almost twice a day..I have A LOT of hair 'down stairs' and under my arms. My chest has grown, and my mom says I have small youknowwhats.. I already have a body shape and everything. Thank you so much!! :)
