Using my body to attract guys? Please help?

So everywhere I go, I see girls with their boobs and butts hanging out and guys LOVE it. They go crazy for that stuff, and those are the girls they want to be with. It seems like they're the ones who have all the fun and have millions of friends who want to be with them. I'm half black and took after my mom and got a large butt, my mom calls it a bowl full of jelly (My family always makes jokes about it). She has ALWAYS made me dress modestly, and not show any skin, or wear any tight form fitting clothes. I even have to wear these spandex shorts because she doesn't want guys looking at my butt. No one looks at me, and no one talks to me. Why? I'm a nice person, and I'm always happy with a smile on my face. Should I start wearing more risky clothing to attract more people? I'm only 16. I have two friends who'll actually hang out with me. No one else will invite me places. What should I do? (Please, I know it's a kind of stupid question. But I'm tired of being at home alone on the weekends while all of my "friends" post new status' on facebook about how great a time they had doing whatever it was they were doing. No one asked me to prom, so everyone will be going to prom tomorrow night and I'll be at home alone again.) Should I dress like them to attract more guys and friends?
