Phishing email: How do I report this to Yahoo?

Found the Yahoo report form, but have to copy/paste the email to the form, which is on a different page. This morning tycarter@u.washington.edu emailed my Yahoo mail and said if I don't remove my car for sale ad from his Craigslist account, he will re...... I NEVER posted a car for sale ad ANYWHERE on the internet. I don't even HAVE a car for sale. Where this man got my email, I don't know. I reported to Craigslist. I didn't open the email. Below the email main headline, in lavender and double underlined to open, it says: a href="https://cincinnati.org/ctol/" rel="nofollow"https://cincinnati.org/ctol//a I never heard of this tycarter, didn't post an ad. I think it's phishing, and need to report to Yahoo!!! It came in my mail.
