I need babysitting advice!?

My parents are in this group with another couple, and this other couple have two VERY VERY rowdy boys that will not sit still. Playing outside seems to work while they are outside but once back inside they continue to be rowdy and they run up stairs down stairs, up stairs down stairs. I just need some ideas on how to control them and have them listen. Thanks! :)
