Does dressing modestly decrease a woman's chance of being raped?

I don't know. I think a rapist would look for easy and vulnerable victim. I can see it is harder for a woman in 3 in heel to run vs a women in tennis shoe. If a rapist is targeting a victim bc he has already set eye on her for month, it doesn't matter what she dress like. I think dressing revealing is most likely to partying vs gym. So maybe more incidents happen when people party and drink.
