Does the bible condemn the medallion man?

I know the bible instructs women to dress modestly and riles against flirty looks and bells on women's ankles. But how about men who wear tight black leather trousers, their shirts unbuttoned almost to their navel with maybe a chest wigs or medallions to attract women's attention? Does the bible rile against these gigolos based on their appearance as well?
